How to Use ArtsYakka
ArtYakka is one big collection of information, links, guides, tips and case studies, all relevant in the field of community arts and cultural development.
All resources are organised into their 'chapters' which you will see listed as a menu on the right hand side when you are in the Resources section. Just click on the chapter of interest. You can go through, back and forth as much as you like.
Free Downloads
There are plenty of templates and documents available for download throughout the relevant chapters. These are free for you to keep and use, though just check to see if there is a note about copyright restrictions.
You can usually download by either opening the file, then Save As to your computer. Or just right click (for PCs) and Save Target As.
Search resources
In the top right hand corner of the site you will see a little 'Search site' facility. Just key in any topics you'd like to know about and see what comes up. If there's anything you'd like information on, but isn't yet on ArtsYakka, why not email us for a suggestion. We'll see if we can track down the local experts for a contribution.
Contribute
You can contribute to ArtsYakka by sending in any tried-and-tested templates and plans etc that you'd be happy to pass on to other community arts champions in regional Australia, to save them 'reinventing the wheel'.
You can also send us in a Case Study of something you've achieved in community arts to help others.
What's New?
There is plenty of information on ArtsYakka, and it is an ever-growing entity. As new resources are contributed you will be able to easily see What's New in the What's New Section. So keep an eye on that area!
